QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
The Director of Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise officially declares the Quality Assurance Policy, which is announced, understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the organization.
The quality assurance policy of Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise is aimed at achieving high quality of management of the processes of registration, rating and control of the tourist establishments in the territory of Sofia City Municipality; at exerting control on compliance with the provisions of Law on Tourism and other regulations in this field; information services for tourists; quality control and promotion of the tourism product in the territory of the municipality, compliant with customer requirements and being of the maximum benefit to the enterprise and the stakeholders.
For the effective implementation of quality assurance policy, the management determines the following strategic objectives, including:
- Establishment of Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise as customer-oriented administration, so as to increase their trust in the municipal institutions;
- Full implementation of the regulations for the enterprise operation and compliance with the terms in order to ensure process optimization and achieve greater adequacy, relevance, reliability and quality, as demanded by different customer groups;
- Strive to continually meet the demand for tourist services in the territory of Sofia City Municipality and provide high-quality services;
- Attract new visitors and investors in tourism by implementing a modern and consistent marketing strategy;
- Establishment of a stable organizational environment, better public awareness about the provided services, and ensuring maximum publicity, transparency and accountability of the enterprise;
- Further training of staff and motivating them for high-quality work and attitude of continuous and measurable improvements in everyday work.
- Maintaining long-term productive relationships with customers, stakeholders and providers.
To realize these goals and objectives, and upon management’s decision, a Quality Management System has been developed, adopted and maintained in Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise, " conforming to ISO 9001:2008 international standard, and to the regulations and rules. The enterprise is committed to implement, continuously improve and develop this system with the active support and participation of the senior and executive personnel.
