Working visit to the implementation of the Protocol on Cooperation in tourism between Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise and the Tourist Organization of Belgrade

On June 13, 2011 at 14:30 in the office of the Tourist Organization of Belgrade the delegation from the Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise led by Mr Stoyan Lazarov, Director of the company, held a workshop on the implementation of the Protocol on Cooperation in tourism, signed between the two sister organizations. On behalf of the Tourist Organization of Belgrade the meeting was attended by Dejan Veselinov, Director, Andrew Tabor, IT expert and system administrator on support of the official travel site of Belgrade, Vesna Aleksic, of Marketing and Advertising Director.Guest at the talks was Jeremy Hildret, marketing expert and branding consultant.

During the meeting they discussed a number of administrative and organizational issues and topics related to development and promotion of joint thematic products.The main focus of the talks was the choice of promotional and information materials issued by the Tourist Service Municipal Enterprise and the Tourist Organization of Belgrade, to be translated into Bulgarian and Serbian languages and made available for distribution at tourist information centres in Sofia and Belgrade.

At the end of the meeting discussed were the possibilities for the implementation of online information exchange between the tourist centres of the two capitals in the initiative to establish a club for friendship and cooperation.
