On February 24, 2011 Belgrade hosted the official opening ceremony of the IFT – International Fair of Tourism. IFT is held annually since 1978 in Beogradski Sajam, the largest international exhibition centre in South-East Europe and is the most important exhibition for the tourism industry in the Republic of Serbia. In 2011, it will involve more than 850 exhibitors from 43 countries.
This year Bulgaria is presented with a new vision and functional division of the national information booth. The stand is U-shaped and the inner part is open to visitors, where there is a special corner for tasting Bulgarian wines.
